Named after Joseph Rountree, the founder of the first school in Greene County in 1867, Rountree offers the IB Primary Years Program (PYP) for students aged 3 to 12. These themes include subjects like sharing the planet with others and communication skills.

In addition to academia though, many parents remark that the employees, who include support staff, teachers and administrators are pivotal to the school’s success.
